Khunsueknoi Triumphs at RWS 219, Calls for Rematch with Petchsaman, Puts 126 lb Title on Hold

Khunsueknoi Boomdeksian secured another victory at Rajadamnern Stadium and has already set his sights on his next opponent. After defeating Seeoui Singha Mawynn by unanimous decision at RWS 219 on Saturday, October 31, in Bangkok, the 21-year-old Thai fighter requested a rematch against Petchsaman, the opponent who previously defeated him. However, before focusing on a title shot, his priority is to stabilize his performance in the 124-pound (56.24 kg) division.
The win over Seeoui was decisive, with all three judges scoring it 30-27, leaving no room for debate. This result marked a comeback after his loss by decision at RWS 203 in July.
Following the fight, Khunsueknoi expressed confidence, stating that his Muay Thai skills were more evident. His current plan is to rectify past mistakes related to weight management.
The Boomdeksian camp aims to establish Khunsueknoi in the 124-pound division, where he hopes to face Petchsaman again. The two previously met at RWS 145 on June 7, 2025, with Petchsaman winning by unanimous decision. Khunsueknoi is eager for a chance to avenge that defeat.

On the Boomdeksian side, there is a cautious approach. According to a post from Siam Muay, the team may select opponents in either the 124 or 125-pound divisions but believes it is still too early to put him in contention for the 126 lb title.
The main challenge remains consistently making weight. The team acknowledges that his weight is not yet stable and prefers that he gains momentum and builds a streak of strong performances in the 124-pound division before taking a bigger step.
Hailing from Khon Kaen and known as “The Little Warchief,” Khunsueknoi holds a record of 9 wins and 3 losses in Muay Thai. At 21, he aims to turn his comeback at Rajadamnern into a new chapter in his career.
The victory occurred on the same night that Kimluay knocked out Jozef Molnar in the second round to claim the interim 140 lb title.
